Our expectation
- Completed technical degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an industrial or medical technology environment
- In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with interdisciplinary and international teams
- Very good English skills
Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects
- Defining goals, milestones, resources, and budgets in consultation with management and specialist departments
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams without disciplinary responsibility
- Management of technical and organizational communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on site and worldwide
- Coordination with purchasing/ sourcing for inquiries about new/modified components (costs, feasibility, delivery times)
- Moderating project meetings, reviews, and decision-making rounds; ensuring transparent communication and clear decisions
- Integrating regulatory, normative, and customer-specific requirements into the project process in close coordination with development and quality assurance
- Early detection and assessment of project risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
- Close cooperation with sales and product management in the evaluation of customer requirements, variants, and NREs
- Ensuring smooth project completion, including lessons
